This residential clubhouse establishes a community hub through strategic planning and refined material expressions. Situated within a high-rise residential complex, it’s a freestanding pavilion that anchors and encourages social interaction while providing diverse recreational activities across its two-levels. The palette remains restrained: beige stone cladding covers most walls inside, contrasted by rhythmic vertical fins in dark composite panels that modulate daylight and provide a visual statement to the exterior envelope. Floor-to-ceiling glazing establishes a transparent connection between the interior programs and surrounding lush landscape. The interior program spaces prioritize flexibility and experiential variety. At the entrance the double-height lobby creates an immediate spatial grandeur, featuring elongated striped flooring in alternating black and white marble that directs circulation flow. Geometric pendant fixtures in brass finish suspend at varied heights as their triangular forms echo throughout the design language. Programmatic zones include dedicated activity rooms for table tennis and billiards, each space with its distinct design: abstract geometric wall graphics in vibrant colors, textured wooden ceiling treatments, and planned lighting schemes.
